Since we are about as cheap as art galleries get, we want YOUR art on our walls. So send us some. If you have made a model out of Blu-Tack®; flattened some out and made nice shapes (bless), produced a little animated video made of Blu-Tack® men or are in the process of constructing a full-size scale model of the Vatican or Empire State Building, send us a picture of it.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:
1. Make your masterpiece or video/animation
2. If you are sending us an artwork masterpiece select the 'Art' tab below. If you are sending us a video/animation masterpiece select the 'Video' tab below.
3. Use the (Art/Video) form to send us a photograph or youtube link of your masterpiece
FOR ARTWORK:
Send the pic as a jpg and don’t compress it too heavily — if the file is around 550k-1mb, it should be okay. If you use a camera phone, use the highest quality setting and use good light, or it will look rubbish and you will feel humiliated when we put it up and mock it.
FOR VIDEOS:
Upload your video to www.youtube.com and then send us the link to your video in the form below.
Artists love mission statements: it is the only time anyone pays the slightest attention to their views on anything. So send us yours.
And tell us the inspiration for your work. Is it part of a larger oeuvre or the result of a single flash of inspiration or alcohol? Have fun.
NB: Note that by sending us your picture, video or link you also give us permission to use it on the site. We try to obtain permission to use outside-sourced material where possible, but are happy to remove items at the request of copyright holders.
